Cassandre Beacock (Casey) is President of Sanderson Management Inc. and Past President and Director of the Grand River Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute. Casey has been managing properties since 2005 and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial property management. Casey’s leadership, strong negotiation skills, and extensive network of professional colleagues in all aspects of condominium management are the model for the whole Sanderson Management team. She is firm in her commitment to developing and maintaining the highest professional standards for all condominium managers, including education and awareness of industry trends and legal changes. Casey also has over 20 years of service industry experience in all areas of management including financial, human resources, and data management. Since joining the Sanderson Management Inc. team in 2015, Anne now manages some of the largest and most complex sites in our portfolio. Anne is an experienced Property Manager of both condominium and rental properties and is well-versed in new developments and warranties (Tarion). Anne is dedicated to providing superior service to Boards and Owners. The Boards she works with rely on her technological expertise, team mindset, and drive to succeed.

Christina has leveraged over a decade of banking experience and financial expertise to now guide Boards in all aspects of their corporations. Since joining the Sanderson team in 2010, Christina has continued to build her skills and expertise through formal courses offered by industry associations and self-guided study. The Boards who work with Christina can attest to her professional competence, integrity, and valuable guidance on difficult issues.

Sherry joined the Sanderson team in 2010 from another property management company and now manages a wide range of condominium corporations, including townhouses, apartments, and residential and commercial properties. Sherry also has eight years of banking and administrative experience. Her organization and strong administrative skills help to ensure that her boards stay on top of day-to-day operations and successfully navigate challenges.

Bob joined our team in 2020 after spending over twenty years in corporate project management and contract management. Bob holds a General Licence with the CMRAO and is making good use of his project management skills at the various sites he manages. Bob is meticulous in his attention to detail and has developed strong relationships with the boards he serves.

Leasa joined Sanderson in 2012 as an experienced Property Manager and now serves as Sanderson’s Records Administrator, keeping Sanderson and all properties in our portfolio on top of CAO requirements and ongoing changes. Her strong administrative skills and personability ensure her properties are organized and equipped to navigate unexpected emergencies with ease. Leasa provides excellent customer service and is driven to ensure everyone is well-informed.

Jennifer joined the Sanderson team in 2016 as an experienced condominium owner, understanding the importance of timeliness, communication, and protecting the value of your investment. On top of her property management experience, Jennifer has developed strong communication, negotiation, financial and administrative skills. She is enthusiastic and committed to providing superior customer service to condominium owners and boards.

Evelina holds a Limited License with the CMRAO as she is making her way through the professional and educational requirements for her General Licence. A quick learner, Evelina thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, is highly organized, and is an excellent communicator. The boards Evelina works with value her continually growing understanding of condominiums, her explanations of processes, and her active listening. She is resourceful and effectively cultivates relationships both internally and externally to strengthen relations, build community, and increase productivity.

Having joined the Sanderson team in September 2022 as a Limited License manager with the CMRAO, Lisa is progressing well through the requirements for her General License. Lisa’s extensive people management skills are coupled with a superior ability to stay organized and prioritize the many diverse demands she encounters daily as a property manager. Coordinating both large and small projects through to completion has contributed to Lisa’s condominium knowledge and her growing experience in the field. We look forward to seeing Lisa’s aptitude for creative team leadership shine as her responsibilities and relationships in condominium management expand.

Joining the Sanderson team in October 2023 was the beginning of a new chapter in Ishak’s career path, currently a Limited License manager with the CMRAO, advancing through the course work and practical aspects required for his General License. Ishak’s experience in commercial property management coupled with his background in business accounting has allowed him to shine in condominium management. The ever-important work of developing crucial connections with people has been quite natural for Ishak given his skills in mediation and relationship building. He fosters the partnerships that are essential to effectively managing condominiums with wit and charm while maintaining all the professional requirements that boards require.
