It is our practice to hire quality staff for both managerial and administrative positions. We aspire to provide effective, professional service. To achieve this high standard, all our Property Managers are supported and encouraged to achieve their registered condominium manager credentials and are required to maintain a CMRAO License.
Equally, our clerical staff are trained in and are responsible for specialized delivery services (e.g., accounts receivable), which allows us stream-lined, accurate delivery of corporate accounts. We advocate ALL staff maintain a strong work/life balance: consequently, we deliver a positive working environment by providing our staff with job sharing, a pension plan, shorter work weeks, individual work stations and educational opportunities. We maintain a system of back-ups for each property manager to encourage site familiarity and to better serve you, our client.
