Cassandre Beacock (Casey) is President of Sanderson Management Inc. and Past President and Director of the Grand River Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute. Casey has been managing properties since 2005 and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial property management. Casey’s leadership, strong negotiation skills, and extensive network of professional colleagues in all aspects of condominium management are the model for the whole Sanderson Management team. Christina has leveraged over a decade of banking experience and financial expertise to now guide Boards in all aspects of their corporations. Since joining the Sanderson team in 2010, Christina has continued to build her skills and expertise through formal courses offered by industry associations and self-guided study. The Boards who work with Christina can attest to her professional competence, integrity, and valuable guidance on difficult issues.

Sherry joined the Sanderson team in 2010 from another property management company and now manages a wide range of condominium corporations, including townhouses, apartments, and residential and commercial properties. Sherry also has eight years of banking and administrative experience. Her organization and strong administrative skills help to ensure that her boards stay on top of day-to-day operations and successfully navigate challenges.

Bob joined our team in 2020 after spending over twenty years in corporate project management and contract management. Bob holds a General Licence with the CMRAO and is making good use of his project management skills at the various sites he manages. Bob is meticulous in his attention to detail and has developed strong relationships with the boards he serves.

Evelina has a General License with the CMRAO as she has completed the professional and educational requirements. A quick learner, Evelina thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, is highly organized, and is an excellent communicator. The boards Evelina works with value her continually growing understanding of condominiums, her explanations of processes, and her active listening. She is resourceful and effectively cultivates relationships both internally and externally to strengthen relations, build community, and increase productivity.

Having joined the Sanderson team in September 2022 as a Limited License manager with the CMRAO, Lisa is progressing well and recently completed the requirements for her General License. Lisa’s extensive people management skills are coupled with a superior ability to stay organized and prioritize the many diverse demands she encounters daily as a property manager. Coordinating both large and small projects through to completion has contributed to Lisa’s condominium knowledge and her growing experience in the field. We look forward to seeing Lisa’s aptitude for creative team leadership shine as her responsibilities and relationships in condominium management expand.
