Effective November 1st, 2022, J&W has become part of Sanderson Management Inc.
J&W has an excellent reputation and successful working model. J&W’s name and management will remain in place as they join the Sanderson Management Family.
Sanderson has been managing Condos since 1979, and currently works with over 80 properties. Most of our properties are in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
This is a great opportunity for J&W to join a larger family with a strong support team, and a great opportunity for Sanderson to support a great team in the Golden Horseshoe.

Board Education Series.
Our first session will be on Hybrid Meetings Hosted by Condo Voter using Zoom Tuesday, June 7th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
We have all relied on virtual platforms to host meetings for two years during the COVID-19 pandemic. As daily life returns to include in-person meetings, we know that continuing to offer a virtual component will appeal to many of the board members we work with. This will apply as well to the guests who often attend our meetings, such as auditors and engineers. Should anyone find themselves suddenly unable to attend a meeting in person, for whatever reason – sickness, quarantine, whatever – having the option to participate virtually, can serve as a practical alternative.
Along with your Sanderson partners, during this session the team at Condo Voter will share with you best practices and strategies for success when holding and attending hybrid meetings.
