"Sanderson Management came on board about a year after I moved into the complex and for the past 6 years they have provided outstanding service to the owners. This is an 88 unit condo complex and was in dire need of repair to the carports, decks, driveways, drains, etc. Sanderson Management had their work cut out for them when they took over but they stepped up and addressed the needs of the property without it impacting the condo fees. I personally had prompt response and great service when I called or emailed with a concern. From it being the receptionist taking the call to speaking with Crystal C., property manager, the level of care and compassion was exceptional and greatly appreciated and no delay in addressing the issue.
